How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It will depend on the location of the delivery address. We ship Monday-Thursday. Any order placed before 9:30am AEST will be shipped that day. We use StarTrack Premium which is one of the fastest shipping options available.
You will receive progress updates by email. You can also return to this page any time for the latest status update.
What if the hat arrives and is too tight?
Please be aware that Akubra hats do not stretch. They may even tighten over time, depending on the way they are treated.
If the hat feels slightly tight, you could consider using a Hat Stretcher, which might stretch it out by up to 1 or 2 hat sizes.
Or if in any doubt, you could arrange a return.
What if the hat is too loose?
Hat deliveries come with a complimentary packet of Hat Filler Inserts. So if the hat feels slightly too loose, you can add the inserts, until such time as the hat may shrink.
