Book in a personalised consultation with Dave at our Akubra Bondi Store. During your in-store visit, purchase your Akubra hat, choosing from three signature designs from The Wild Australia Collection.
Choose from:
- Wattle available on a Highway Tune in Spice
- Bottle Brush available on a Rough Rider in Black
- Kookaburra available on a Traveller in Sand
Hat pricing as marked in-store, embroidery pricing is additional and will be provided during your consultation.

Dave Robledo
Dave Robledo is the founder of BxmBxm Hats, known for hand-embroidered, one-of-a-kind hat designs.
For this special event, he will be in-store at Akubra Bondi Beach to guide you through the embroidery process, answer your questions, and ensure every piece is a unique work of wearable art.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings & Consultations: All consultations are by appointment only with Dave Robledo of BxmBxm Hats, and must be made via email at bambam@bxmbxm.com. This offer is exclusive to the Akubra Bondi Beach Store (39 Hall St, Bondi Beach NSW).
Handcrafted & Made To Order: Each hat is hand-embroidered by BxmBxm Hats and made to order, with a selection of three designs from The Wild Australia Collection (Wattle, Bottle Brush or Kookaburra). Embroidery is available only on brand-new Akubra hats. Each design is tied to a specific hat style only:
- Wattle on a Highway Tune in Spice
- Bottle Brush on a Rough Rider in Black
- Kookaburra on a Traveller in Sand
Pricing: Provided upon request during your consultation with BxmBxm Hats. Akubra Hats will be prices as marked, with customised embroidery pricing provided per consultation, reflective of the one-of-a-kind embroidery work.
Production Time: Allow approximately 4-6 weeks from consultation and order confirmation for completion.
Hat Integrity: All embroidery is applied carefully to preserve the structure and durability of the hat.
Returns & Exchanges: Once embroidered, Akubra hats are made-to-order and not available to exchange. Normal Akubra exchange and faulty policy applies to hats only prior to customisation.
