Promotion TERMS & CONDITIONS

These are the website terms (terms) for the Akubra Hats Pty Ltd (ACN 000 175 333) and its related entities and affiliates including Brisbane Hatters Pty Ltd (ACN 625 857 829) and Koolah Products Pty Limited (ACN 053 405 057) (collectively and individually referred to herein as Akubra, we, us or our).

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website. We may change these terms from time to time. WIN YOUR ORDER JANUARY 2026

1. Promotion

This promotion (Promotion) is being run by Akubra Hats Pty Ltd (ABN 62 000 175 333) (we, us, our). If any person (you, your) enters the Promotion, then their entry is subject to these terms and conditions (Terms).

2. Participants

To enter the Promotion, you must: (a) be 18 years of age or older; and (b) complete the entry requirements as set out in clause 3 below. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Our employees and their relatives may not enter the Promotion.

3. Entry requirements

You will automatically be entered into the Promotion if you make a purchase on Our Website (https://akubra.com.au) or in any Akubra retail store and spend between AUD $250 and AUD $1,000 between 6pm on Wednesday 21st January 2026 to Midnight Monday 26th January 2026. No other method of entry will be accepted.

4. Promotion period

The Promotion period begins at 6pm on Wednesday 21st January 2026 and ends at Midnight on Monday 26th January 2026. Purchases made outside this period will not be eligible.

5. Prizes

The promotion prize (Prize) is a refund of one (1) full order placed during the Promotion period. The Prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value, resold (at a premium or otherwise) or advertised or offered for resale through any medium.

6. Selection of Prize winners

We will select the Prize winner randomly from the people who have met the entry requirements for the Promotion (as set out in clause 3). We will do so using Viral Sweep’s Random Name Picker tool https://www.viralsweep.com/random-name-picker/. We will notify the Prize winner by 5pm on Tuesday 27th January 2026 via email, sent directly to the winner from online@akubra.com.au.

7. Prize acceptance

The winner must contact us by replying to the email we send to them in accordance with clause 6, within five (5) days following the date of our email, to accept the Prize. If for any reason the Prize winner does not or cannot accept the Prize (or any part thereof) within this period, then the Prize (or part thereof) will be forfeited. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to select another winner (in accordance with clause 6) or declare that there are no winners.

8. Personal information

To the extent we collect any personal information from you as part of the Promotion (including from the Prize winner), then we will use that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (which is available on Our Website). This includes use related to the conduct of Promotion and any general marketing purposes.

9. General terms

a. Amendments: Subject to any applicable laws, we reserve the right to amend these Terms, including as required to address any misinterpretation, misinformation or misunderstanding.
b. Disputes: In the event of a dispute in relation to the Promotion (including in relation to these Terms), our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
c. Disqualification: We may disqualify you from participating in the Promotion for any reason in our sole discretion.
d. Cancellation of the Promotion: Subject to any applicable laws, we reserve the right to cancel the Promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever.
e. Social media: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform.

COMMUNITY
The community promotion entitles customer to 10% off their order is only available to members of the following organisations:
- North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club
- Noosa Heads Surf Life Saving Club
- Hasting Street Association

To claim the discount, eligible customers must provide proof of membership by either:
- Presenting a valid membership card in store; or
- Signing up with a valid email address associated with the membership.

MEDIA
Customers presenting their media card may receive 15% in-store without pre-approval.

SYDNEY TRAVEL GUIDE - GIFT WITH PURCHASE OFFER
As part of a collaboration with Sydney Travel Guide, customers who purchase a felt hat in participating stores may receive a complimentary Hat Brush with legacy script Akubra branding.

How to redeem:
- Present a copy of the Sydney Travel Guide in-store at either Akubra Bondi or Strand Arcade locations.
- Offer valid for purchases made between AEST 00:01am, Monday 1 December 2025 and AEST 11:59pm, Sunday 8 March 2026, or while stocks last.

Additional terms:
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Items purchased under this promotion may only be returned for a credit note or exchange.
- The Akubra faulty goods policy applies in full.
