1. Promotion

This promotion (Promotion) is being run by Akubra Hats Pty Ltd (ABN 62 000 175 333) (we, us, our). If you enter the Promotion, your entry is subject to these terms and conditions (Terms).

2. Participants

To enter the Promotion, you must:

(a) be 18 years of age or older; and

(b) complete the entry requirements as set out in clause 3 below.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Our employees and their relatives may not enter the Promotion.

3. Entry requirements

You will automatically be entered into the Promotion if you subscribe to the Akubra Hats database via https://akubra.com.au/pages/win-passes-sres between now and midnight on Tuesday 31 March 2026. No other method of entry will be accepted.

4. Promotion period

The Promotion period runs from the date of entry opening until midnight on Tuesday 31 March 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

5. Prizes

The Promotion prize (Prize) consists of one (1) double pass to the Sydney Royal Easter Show, at Sydney Showground, 1 Showground Road, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127, valid for use from Thursday 2 April to Monday 13 April 2026. There are a total of five (5) double passes to be won.

The Prize is personal and non-transferable. It does not include transport, travel, accommodation, or any other expenses related to attending the Sydney Royal Easter Show. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or offered for resale in any way.

6. Selection of Prize winners

Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries that meet the entry requirements. Winners will be announced by 5pm on Wednesday 1 April 2026 via email from online@akubra.com.au.

We will select the Prize winner randomly from the people who have met the entry requirements for the Promotion (as set out in clause 3). We will do so using Viral Sweep’s Random Name Picker tool https://www.viralsweep.com/random-name-picker/.

7. Prize acceptance

Winners must claim their Prize by replying to the notification email within three (3) days. If a winner does not claim their Prize within this period, we reserve the right to redraw the Prize.

8. Personal information

Any personal information collected as part of the Promotion will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at Our Website. This includes use related to the conduct of the Promotion and general marketing purposes.

9. General terms

a. Amendments: Subject to applicable laws, we reserve the right to amend these Terms to address any misinterpretation, misinformation, or error.

b. Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding the Promotion, our decision is final.

c. Disqualification: We may disqualify any entry for any reason at our sole discretion.

d. Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws.

e. Social media: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
