"My experience with the Brisbane Store in buying my new hat was exceptional. I am the first person to preach that the best thing about Akubra is the fact that it is still Australian owned and manufactured in Australia. This dedication to its local customers and continued quality results in very well trained staff who know their products. My experience with the Brisbane staff was a fantastic, personalised experience. The staff taught me how to store and care for my Akubra, even reminding me of features I had forgotten. The only thing I would say would be that the store is extremely dark so you don't know if it is open or not. I love my new hat and appreciate the 60 day return policy that Akubra has, that makes all the difference an investment peace of clothing. Keep up the good work!"
