Grab a flexible measuring tape. If you don’t have one, a piece of string and a ruler will do the trick.

Step 1: Measure Where the Hat Will Sit
Wrap the measuring tape (or string) around your head, positioning it just above your ears and about a finger’s width above your eyebrows. This is where your Akubra will naturally sit.

"I now own a nice collection of Akubra Hats with cravings for more. My second favorite is Leisure Time Bran. Have a Sand Cattleman just wore it Friday night to the Rodeo in Texas Hill Country. A Black Kiandra a Balmoral Hemp another Banjo in Fawn. Just saw the R. M. On Reddit might need that one for Fall. You simply can’t go wrong with Akubra a Little Steam and a hat stretcher makes the extra long oval I need."
