"I purchased the hat directly from the Kempsey factory, but sans was out of stock. Subsequently ordered online and shipping costs refunded (great thanks!). The hat lives almost permanently on my head, it is much more comfortable than my Cattleman, which was too small for me. I'm a 59, but the person at the factory advised 61 with fillers, which is much better. The sand colour is great as it is much cooler than my darker Cattleman, even in the 40 degrees heat we have been having recently."
