Wearing the Legend:

Guy McLean & The Akubra Brumby

WHERE LEGENDS ARE BORN

HERITAGE

Founded in Tasmania by Benjamin Dunkerley in 1876, the Akubra hat is built for exploration and handcrafted for toughness and has become a pure Australian icon.

PROVENANCE

Born in Australia. Made in Kempsey. It takes 6 weeks to make an Akubra hat, there are 162 steps in the process, passing through 60 pairs of hands.

QUALITY

Handcrafted from the finest materials. Rabbit fur felt is an inherently strong and water resistant fibre, designed to withstand the harshest of environments.
